The investor and owner has requested our consultancy to plan ex novo this Luxury Villa infrastructures, services and amenities based in a unique Cote d’Azur seaside location. “Point Alègre” is a compound of about 2000sq.m. with more than 5.000 sq.m. of mediterranean park, a small port with bateau of 6 and 12 meters garage, gardens, swimming pool and a 300 meters promenade with direct access to the sea – pieds dans l’eau. Its five typically Provencal real estate units have been furnished with Spa, swimming pools, jacuzzi wellness center, heliport, solarium and up to date technological infrastuctures. The unique and exclusive seaside environment and landscape required to pay attention to materials, colors, underground infrastructures and energy efficiency.
