AD.a has developed the design for the renovation of a residential building in the hills of San Rocco, Alassio.
The research on composition and materials lead the firm to a language inspired by the ligurian tradition, like stone walls and painted facades, while focusing on energy performance.
On a 4000 sqm intervention area, the structure is composed by 26 apartments divided into three typologies: villas with garden, panoramic apartments and penthouses.
