Tender of a private group for the restyling of an industrial complex in the automotive sector.
Thanks to the invitation we were able to present our approach to the theme of industrial areas: forestry, renewable energy sources, deep retrofitting and restyling with biophilic criteria.
Even though we didn’t win, we were presented with the opportunity to promote what we see as the priorities for rethinking densely built-up areas such as industrial areas.
Orienting the budget towards a path of interventions aimed at the effectiveness of the result and its measurability was our proposal, combined with the idea that every office or production area can be attractive and can promote good practices in respect of the environment and people.
